Access Control Challenge
The Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) needed a government-endorsed, wireless access control system that allowed an audit trail and time-in-attendance function. The access control software had to also integrate with their existing bar-coding system to complete the control of updating contractor’s licences.
Access Control Solution
BAC implemented EKA CyberLock, customised to integrate with the bar-coding software, to allow contractors access to the site. BAC has installed EKA CyberLock throughout both its domestic and international terminals. BAC have also installed secure key vaults with a graphical user interface (GUI) integration that allows for use of graphical renderings of every terminal level to control doors locks through the EKA CyberLock system and enable seamless issue of temporary keys.
